When we set out on this journey, we looked at where we had been, we looked at the good and the bad and set our primary focus on the client experience.   To demonstrate daily the true meaning of the word partner for our clients.   Many of the systems we support call consultants and developers like us, "partners".   In their world is means companies who are helping them sell, service, and grow their business.

We needed to take that further, we applied that concept, except said we will do what is right for the client, we will bring value, drive higher revenues, and improve processes.   We will do everything you would expect someone with the title partner to do.   A partner is someone who brings real, tangible value to a relationship, especially a business relationship.

Aviation - A passion for flight.

Justin has long had a passion for aviation.  It is a place where he can escape, clear his mind, and reconnect with an understanding of what is truly important in life.   But it isn't just the joy of flight that he pursues, but also the ability to create, to engineer, to build.  He is still working on his own plane.  He is methodically building and creating his own plane.  Designed, engineered, and fabricated by his own hands.

Joe brings to the team a passion for sales, marketing, and driving better results.  He has been providing a value added, client-centric sales methodology for more than 25 years.  Over the past 30 years he has worked in many industries, owned a winery, was a controller for a manufacturing company, and helped hundreds of companies find higher levels of success, both through revenue enhancement, higher profit margins, as well as expense control.

History - A passion for the fight.

Outside of work you can find Joe with his wife and two boys on their farmstead.   A passion for history, for self-reliance gives him the tools to ground himself.   Sales are so fleeting.   Working the land in tangible, sometimes it is a long-term vision, other times a chicken coop goes up where there was nothing before. 

 This passion for history also fuels a passion for reenactment where he has competed in jousting tournaments and demonstrations of medieval combat techniques.  It was after a live steel sword fighting demonstration that he was introduced to his wife.
